Plans and Billing

How plans work per organization, upgrading, and managing payment details.

Plans belong to organizations, not to people. If you run polls for two different bodies in two organizations, each has its own plan and its own invoice.

The plans

Every organization starts on Free. Paid plans are Core, Pro, and Enterprise. The current plan is shown under your organization's name on its page.

One difference worth knowing up front: choosing whether a poll is public or private is a paid-plan setting. On Free, polls are public β€” still perfectly usable, but they can appear in the public polls directory.

Change your plan

  1. Open the organization.

  2. Open the … menu and choose Change Organization Plan.

  3. Pick a plan and complete checkout.

Payment is handled by Stripe β€” card details go to them, not to us. Your organization moves onto the new plan once the payment goes through.

Manage an existing subscription

Once an organization is on a paid plan, the same page shows Manage billing. That opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update the card on file, download invoices and receipts, and cancel.

If your plan still looks wrong on the organization page a few minutes after a change, get in touch rather than paying again.

Deleting an organization

Deleting an organization is permanent and takes its polls and responses with it. Cancel the subscription first β€” deleting the workspace doesn't end the billing on its own.
